Q: How long is the cruise?
A: Most of our cruises last 2 hours.
Q: What types of cruises do you offer?
A: We offer morning Dolphin cruises, Afternoon Sunset Cruises and Blue Angels Cruises.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our boat departs from the Portofino Boardwalk on Pensacola Beach. Check in for cruises take place at the Wine Bar, located directly next to Alvin's Island and Salty Beach Outfitters, directly next the to "Shell" on the boardwalk. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to cruise time to get checked in.
Q: Are there bathrooms on board?
A: Yes! We have two bathrooms on board.
Q: Does the boat allow infants?
A: Of course! Our boat is ideal for all families. As it is a catamaran, it sits flat so the ride is very comfortable and children can even walk around the boat while cruising.
Q: Is there food and beverage on the boat?
A: Yes! We have snacks and drinks for sale on board. No coolers are allowed on the boat.
Q: Do you have life jackets? Do we need life jackets?
A: We do have life jackets on board for everyone. You do not need to bring one unless you prefer to.

Q: What should we bring?
A: Cameras! Sunscreen is only necessary if you plan to sit on the back open area of the boat as the majority of the boat is covered. Polarized sunglasses will also help to see underwater wildlife.
Q: What if it rains?
A: We will never question safety. Lightening and high winds indicates we need to reschedule and we will based on weather conditions. Light rain however is no problem for our boat. We have clear windows for our guests and often the dolphin enjoy playing in the rain so we will still set sail to see them.
Q: Is the boat available for private cruises?

Q: Is there a minimum number of reservations for the boat to run?
A: Yes. Premier Dolphin Cruises requires a minimum of 12 guests in order to run. Should we not meet the minimum number of guests required, our team will notify you to reschedule or cancel your cruise.
